An Active Life Professional and Longevity Specialist, dedicated to helping you live a pain-free, active life. Through personalised online coaching, I provide the expertise and support you need to overcome pain and rediscover your strength and mobility. 

 

My journey began with CrossFit, which ignited my passion for integrating healthcare and fitness. Recognising the underserved gap between healthcare provisions and fitness aspirations, I pursued a rigorous 13-month certification with Active Life Professional. 

 

Since entering the fitness industry, I have honed my skills in helping individuals like you overcome chronic pain and achieve optimal health. I am committed to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest advancements in health and fitness to provide the best possible care.

"I didn't think I'd make such quick progress"


Aileen came to me with the belief that she'd never be able to squat. She struggled with pain every time she got out of a chair, making daily movements difficult. By leveraging proper technique and form, I introduced her to squatting that replicated the movement of getting out of a chair, enabling her to do it without pain. Now, she can get up without using support or leaning on things and finds it easier to get up steep stairs.
