Q: What exactly is a Movement Screen?
A: A Movement Screen is a non-invasive assessment designed to identify imbalances or limitations in your body’s joint and muscles. This screening can help identify areas that require focus, and provide us with the information needed to design an individualised exercise program that suits your body and your goals.
Q: What is included in a Starter Session?
A: Our Starter Sessions provide an introduction to our services and coaching style. We discuss your goals and the why behind them, complete a movement screen and discuss what we find, do some strength testing and movement assessments to understand where you are at, assess your breathing mechanics and discuss lifestyle factors such as sleep, diet and stress. At the end, we produce a 'Functional Diagnosis', a report with the findings and our recommendations for you moving forward. It's the perfect way to kick-start your journey towards better fitness and health.
Q: What's the difference between in-person coaching and remote coaching?
A: Our in-person coaching sessions take place at our gym, where you receive immediate, real-time feedback and guidance from our trained professionals. Remote coaching, on the other hand, is conducted online, with individualised workouts delivered via an app, alongside access to a professional, with video feedback and monthly check ins.
Q: What should I wear or bring to the Open Day?
A: If you'd like a free movement screen dress comfortably in clothing suitable for physical activity, and wear a good pair of trainers.Â

A: Absolutely! Our Open Day is designed for everyone, regardless of their current level of fitness. We're here to help guide you on your journey towards a healthier lifestyle, no matter where you're starting from.
Q: I didn't register, can I still attend the Open Day as a walk-in?
A: Absolutely! We understand that schedules can be unpredictable and we warmly welcome all walk-ins. While pre-registration helps us plan better, don't let a lack of it stop you from coming. On the Open Day, we'll do our best to accommodate everyone for the free movement screens so, feel free to drop by and join in the fun and fitness!
