"Is It A Priority?"

When deciding what to do with your time, THIS is the question to ask.

Is it a Priority?

In my own life at the moment, my priorities have shifted. I'm currently prioritising my studying with @activelifeprofessional and developing my own business that my exercise and fitness is not my priority RIGHT NOW.

This is why it is possibly the most important question I would ask you when we discuss working together. Most people get so used to living with pain or discomfort that sometimes the effort / time / cost isn't a priority for them.

One of the foundational rules we learn as an ALP is sell to people in the market for what you have. I am not going to go on a hard sell knowing it's not a priority for you EVEN if I feel it would be perfect for you.

We go through times in our lives when we have different priorities

These priorities might be family, studying or our career. This doesn't mean we will never work together, just not right now.

At some point you may realise that getting out of pain IS a priority, even after discussing it previously and deciding it was not the right time.

If you feel like getting out of pain or discomfort is holding you back and it IS a priority to work in it, book your free consult today and let's see if we can do something about it!
