The Question I Always Get Asked...

So "What do you do?"...

The question I always get asked... "What do you do?"

After telling people I am an Active Life Professional candidate and that I help get people out of pain, the questions I get a lot are...

"So, what is it you do?"

"So you're a personal trainer?"

"Isn't that a physiotherapist?"

So here's a broad overview of exactly what working with me involves!

I use exercise and fitness to help get people out of pain.

It all starts with a consult.

This helps both of us understand if we're a good fit to work with each other.

It all starts with a consult to see if we're a good fit to work together.

If we decide that we are a good fit, I will ask you to complete a questionnaire.

This will help give me more information about your current situation, lifestyle and anything from your past which may affect our work together.

Next, we will assess your movement.

This will be with a 9 point joint assessment to understand your flexibility and mobility. Then some strength balance testing such as the difference between your left and right sides to uncover any imbalances.

We'll then assess your movement. This includes a 9-point joint assessment and strength balance testing.

I will produce an individualised program for you.

Using the information from our consult, questionnaire, movement assessments and any other relevant information.

This can be delivered via in person sessions with me, or via remote coaching

If you opt for remote coaching I will send you sessions to complete and you would relay back to me how it went. Either way, we will stay in regular contact using messaging or calls as we feel necessary

Your program can be delivered in person or remotely for as long as we both feel necessary.

The end goal is to get you out of pain and back to you living your best life!

The end goal...you're out of pain living your best life #gettingstuffdone
